Most shoes, clothing and furniture come from production factory. Fine articles ofexcellent quality. Yet not everything is suitable for sales. There may be manufacturing defects, the finish may not be good, there may be used chemicals that are very common over there, but are not allowed here, products may be damaged in the warehouse or fall prey to dirt or mold.

Introduction of iHeir Engineer

In August 1998, at the age of 20, the engineer of the rework team became an outstanding shoemaker, dedicated to shoe upper decoration and handling various problems, laying the foundation for the current iHeir rework team. Now, he has been engaged in customer product repair in the iHeir rework department for more than 16 years, accumulating rich repair experience. Now, he has developed the iHeir rework team into a professional team.

In 2006, iHeir's rework engineer received a batch of moldy shoes from the factory. It was due to the customer's repeated processing and returning them to the warehouse for a period of time. During the inspection, it was found that new mold had grown again on the short boots. The customer told us that he had tried alcohol cleaning, UV lamp sterilization, and sunlight exposure, but there was no other way. Finally, through a friend's introduction, he contacted our rework engineer and promised that they would not mold again after processing. The customer immediately had confidence. At that time, the team led by our rework engineer was not very complete, so the entire company personnel were involved in cleaning shoes for mold and repairing to prevent mold from recurring. Later on, more and more customers asked Aihaoer to help solve problems, such as repairing shoe uppers, coloring, caring, and removing formaldehyde and odors when going out. This has earned the title of "Product Repair Master" for the engineers of iHeir rework team.

Today, under the leadership of iHeir's rework engineers (since 2006), millions of pairs of shoes, boots, belts, bags, and other products have been processed. These products are finely crafted and of good quality, but there was a problem in one of these links, which resulted in the inability to sell the products. For example, if a product is affected by moisture during storage in a warehouse, or if it is not pre dried before packaging and becomes moldy, professional and standardized handling must be carried out to ensure that it does not rebound again. In the nearly 20 years since the establishment of the iHeir rework team, they have dealt with any problems. There are good solutions for each problem.

If the product (shoes, bags, furniture, handicrafts, etc.) has quality abnormalities that are not handled properly, exporting to foreign countries and then returning the product for processing will require expensive costs and a lot of time. Throwing it away or selling it at a high discount is not the best choice. Therefore, importers, manufacturers, and chain stores are more willing to ship products to iHeir China for processing, where defects or damage to the products can be professionally handled. All along, the engineers of the iHeir rework team have always adhered to this professional spirit and will continue to do so.

Explanation of rework process

Express the moldy samples to our company for processing. After receiving the processed samples, the customer will confirm their satisfaction and we will provide a quotation.

After the customer confirms the quotation, sign a mold protection contract and make partial payment, which will be processed by our company.

Report processing progress and other abnormal situations at any time, complete the processing, and the customer inspects the goods.

Confirm no abnormalities, pay the final payment, and arrange transportation.
